Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival Baku (D)
Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Meet our representative for meet and assist and transfer to the hotel. Check in and relax. Evening at leisure for a welcome dinner and overnight stay in Baku.

Day 02 Baku City Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast enjoy a full city tour of Baku and its highlights. The day includes visits to Martyr’s Lane and Highland Park for panoramic views of the city and Baku Bay. Explore the modern Flame Towers and take a walking sightseeing tour of the Inner City Icheri Sheher. See Maiden’s Tower and the Palace of Shirvanshah. Visit Juma Mosque and stroll along Baku Boulevard followed by time on Nizami Street for shopping and local crafts. Lunch and dinner are included. Overnight in Baku.

Day 03 ShamakhI Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast depart for Shamakhi. Visit a local winery for a wine degustation and enjoy lunch at the winery. Continue to an alpaca farm for a relaxed visit and cultural interaction. Return to Baku in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 04 Absheron and Cultural Highlights (B/L/D)
After breakfast visit Ateshgah Temple also known as the Temple of Eternal Fire. Continue to Yanar Dag the burning mountain, a natural gas fire that blazes continuously. View the Heydar Aliyev Center from outside and learn about its striking architecture. Lunch is included. Finish the day with a shopping tour at a local mall followed by dinner and overnight in Baku.

Day 05 Gobustan and Mud Volcanoes Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast travel to Gobustan for its UNESCO listed rock engravings and archeological sites. Explore the unique mud volcanoes of the region and learn about their natural phenomena. Visit Bibi Heybat Mosque and enjoy free time in the afternoon. The day concludes with a gala dinner and overnight in Baku.

Day 06 Departure to Colombo (B)
After breakfast transfer to Heydar Aliyev International Airport for your departure flight to Colombo.
